NVA was asked to renovate an old structure located in the heart of the city which was formerly used as an industrial warehouse. The estate included the art deco building along with various industrial sheds that were added over the years since. The brief was to restore the structure back to its original glory while achieving the space requirements for the corporate needs. While the original façade was carefully restored the roof was cut open to house a glass pyramid which lights up the interior space adding life to the old building. The accessory derelict buildings were razed to house timber and tile structures for parking.
