Our Approach

We have a strong creative team, in which structural and MEP engineers, together with other specialist design teams, work alongside from the onset of the design process. Our approach is one of collaboration, wherein we strongly believe in learning from one another and combine our knowledge to devise fully integrated design solutions. Every project starts with fresh thinking leading to a solution that is tailor-made for the specific site and those who will use it. We lead by design, combining global research with local action. Design is undertaken by a small close-knit team; the team that starts a project sees it through to completion, thus providing continuity throughout. The outcome is an architecture that is sensitive to the climate and culture of a place. Our design services begin and end with the needs of the client, thus elevating the design to their aspirations.

Design Management

The Design Management Group provides support to the design teams, being updated with the current market trends and practises. They play a key role throughout the design and construction phases, from programming, budgeting, tendering and procurement to document control, payments and timely quality management.
