This is a renovation of an old structure located in the heart of the city, which was formerly used as an automobile workshed. The estate includes the art deco building along with various industrial sheds that were added over the years. The brief was to restore the structure back to its original glory while achieving the space requirements for their Corporate needs. While the original façade has been carefully restored, the roof is cut open to house a glass pyramid which lights up the interior space adding life to the old building. The adjacent derelict buildings have been razed to house timber and tiled roof structures for parking.
