Built on a constrained urban site facing the National Park, the building takes the form of the site after leaving the stipulated setbacks. The site is located on a junction with an unobstructed 360 degree surround view, with the race course on one side and the National Park on the other end. Floating cantilever balconies were created at the tapered edge of the site which overlooks the Green. An internal courtyard helps bring daylight and ventilation deep into the centrally located core.
