This integrated residential complex was commissioned to house the senior members of Parry group, consisting of 24 houses all interconnected geometrically around a large courtyard, with each unit of 2600 sq.ft. The units are placed at right angles to each other creating green pockets with verandas overlooking the green spaces.This was the first of its kind clustered housing to come up in Chennai.
