Set on 5.6 acres of land at the meeting point of the scenic Adyar estuary and the Bay of Bengal, One 74 is a complex of 7 towering blocks of 18 storey buildings. Of these, 3 are linked together by a serpentine low slung block of studio apartments. NVA has associated with Chief Architects, RMA Architects in this iconic marvel which focuses on offering spectacular panoramic ocean views from the open living areas and spacious terraces. NVA has also had the opportunity to design the interiors of some of the show flats and apartments here.
